What counts as an "active user"?
An active user is any sales rep, manager, or admin who has an active position in the system during the billing period. Deactivated users don't count towards your tier limits.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. We automatically update your billing based on the number of active users. We'll warn you when you add users that exceed your current billing threshold. On the free Starter plan, you'll need to provide a credit card when upgrading.
Do all plans include the exact same features?
Yes. We believe artificially locking features behind enterprise tiers prevents your ops team from doing their best work. Every feature — from the API to advanced auditing — is available on the Starter tier.
Is my data secure?
